Due to the physical demands of pointe work, students must have the necessary technique and strength to participate in the workshop. Students must be approved by the instructor to register. First-time participants must take the full 4 weeks.

Classical
Learn and perform excerpts from Act 1 of the classical ballet, Swan Lake. This experience will allow students to be apart of one of the most celebrated ballets of all time. Students will refine their technique, deepen their understanding of classical ballet, and bring to life the timeless ballet.

Contemporary
Along with the classical piece, all students will participate in an exciting contemporary piece, designed to challenge their skills, enhance artistic expression, and showcase their growth.

Deadline to Sign Up – February 9th
A minimum of 15 students is required to hold the performance
Approval is needed to join after the deadline. A late fee of $200 will be applied.
